Kevin Gordon brings over 40 years of experience in camps and youth programs, including service as a camp owner and director, assistant director, waterfront director, risk manager, consultant, and industry leader.

His experience includes leadership roles with the American Camp Association in Illinois and nationally, conference presentations on camp-related topics, and prior service as an American Red Cross lifeguard trainer.
